Laser receivers with magnetic mounts

Laserguide R.45 BM

We offer a variety of machine laser receivers. For compact and mini-excavators in groundcare and landscaping we recommend the easy-to-use and low budget receiver Laserguide R.45 BM: Attach it with the built-in magnetic mount to the excavator's dipper arm at reference height. Bright LEDs easily seen from the cabin let you control your depth as you go on with your digging job.

For more comfort, measuring speed and precision we supply the Laserguide R.45 TC Pro. It features an automatic tilt compensation: There is no need to bring the dipper stick into a plumb position for accurate depth control. Because R.45 TC Pro moves the internal centre on-grade position in dependance of the tilt angle of the dipper stick. The depth measurement can be done much faster. You'd like to have a cabin display too? Don't waste money for this; and use your Android smartphone! With the purchase of R.45 TC Pro we provide a free APP that turns your smartphone into a cabin display. It repeats the height and angle info of the paired laser receiver. In addition, you can setup the tolerance band, brightness and acoustical signal at the touchscreen of your smartphone.

And here is how the automatic angle compensation for excavation (ACE) works: The built-in inclinometer of R.45 TC Pro measures permanently the deviation of dipperstick angle to plumb position. The laser receiver calculates from this the resulting height correction, and moves internally the on-grade position from centre on-grade to the corresponding offset on-grade. The advantage for you: For checking the digging depth you must not place the dipper stick into plumb position. Any angle deviation of typically ±15 % (to a maximum of ±30 %) will be within the height compensation range, and the depth measurement is already correct. This makes the depth control faster and your excavation work becomes more efficient.
